Nelly von Thorn is a lovely 18 month German Shepherd mixed with a hint of another breed. We don't know who daddy is to her pups, so we're excited to see what's to come!  We rescued Nelly to make sure she and her puppies get a chance at a new life knowing the fate that awaits them at the shelter.  Nelly is an absolute delight - a very loving, sweet, friendly dog. Nelly had her 8 puppies the beginning of March, 6 black ones and 2 white ones. They will be available for adoption at the end of April. Judging from their size at this time, they're going to be very large dogs. Nelly will have to go to a kitty free home when she is ready to be adopted.
